Allowed use

• Use age-restricted apps or features only if you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt app services.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.

Intellectual property

Koibyte and its licensors retain all rights in app content, code, and branding unless stated otherwise.

Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koibyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
